Press release -
Two new tasty capsules from Löfbergs
Jubileum and Kharisma are two of the most popular
fine-grind coffees from Löfbergs. Previously, they have only been sold as
ground coffee and whole beans. Now, they are also launched as coffee capsules -
a rapidly increasing segment in Sweden.
-The capsule machines are becoming more and more in demand. Last year, the capsule market increased with a whooping 86 per cent. It is very exciting that we now can offer two of our most popular fine-grind coffees as capsules as well, says Leif Sjöblom, marketing manager at Löfbergs.
Favourite flavours
Jubileum is a
slightly dark-roasted fine-grind coffee with elements of fruity notes and a
round sweetness. The coffee was developed in connection with the centenary of
Löfbergs.
Kharisma is a dark fine-grind coffee full of flavour with an intense aroma, nutty notes and fresh fruit nuances. It was launched in 2011 and quickly became a favourite among Swedish coffee consumers.
- This means that we are enlarging our assortment of capsules. We now offer 15 different alternatives of fine-grind coffee, espresso, hot chocolate and tea, says Leif Sjöblom.
New packing
Jubileum and
Kharisma are sold in a new packing with 16 capsules. They are certified by the
Rainforest Alliance. Rainforest Alliance is an independent organization that
works to conserve biodiversity and ensure sustainable livelihoods for coffee
farmers.
