Press release -
The Swedish National Culinary Team's tough taste challenge
Match the 899 flavours of coffee with a tasting menu in ten servings. That was the challenge that the coffee roaster Löfbergs gave to the Swedish National Culinary Team. Pi Le and Fredrik Juhlin accepted the challenge. On 15 October it is time to show what they got as Löfbergs is offering a unique tasting experience in its concept store in Stockholm.
- There are closer to 900 dimensions of flavour in a single cup of Löfbergs, twice as many as in wine. We were curious to see if the very best chefs in the country could match that tasting experience. We are really excited to see the results, says Lena Rodin, marketing manager at Löfbergs.
The unique dinner is open for the public. Every cover is SEK 1,899 and includes ten servings with pre-chosen wine and coffee.
You can book your seat via telephone +46 (0) 8 445 56 60 or email lofbergs.stockholm@lofbergs.se.
