Sweden's national hockey team is competing in coffee

On May 8, Anna Nordström, speciality coffee manager and one of Löfbergs Lila's taste experts, is going to Stockholm to arrange a coffee tasting and a competition for Sweden's national hockey team.

- They said that they would like to compete, and my idea is that they will cup coffee. Cupping coffee means that you taste three cups of coffee to find the one cup that differs from the other two, says Anna Nordström.

Anna herself has competed in a world championship. In 2008, she won the bronze medal in World Cup Tasters Championship. The national hockey team will also be accompanied by another team, Sweden's national culinary team.

- We hope that this somewhat different training session will lead to great results in the game against Germany the next day. Anyway, I think that it will be great to get there and talk about coffee, says Anna Nordström.
