PM & Vänner chooses Löfbergs Lila
The prestigious Swedish restaurant PM & Vänner in Växjö is changing coffee supplier. They chose to start cooperating with Löfbergs Lila, who already is delivering coffee to many of the best restaurants in Sweden.
- We look at every meal as a show where good coffee can be a splendid end. Together with Löfbergs Lila, we will now develop and increase the coffee experience for our guests, so our final act can be even better, says Per Bengtsson, restaurateur at PM & Vänner.
PM & Vänner was founded in 1992 and has won several prestigious awards over the years. In 2007, the restaurant was awarded by American Express for the best service experience. In 2009, it was named the best business restaurant of the year by the Swedish newspaper Dagens Industri. In White Guide, PM & Vänner was named the best restaurant in 2010 and the best eco-restaurant in 2011.
When it comes to wine, PM & Vänner is also highly ranked. The restaurant's wine list has been named as the best one in Sweden many times, and the sommelier Andreas Larsson is European and World champion.
Important part of the dinner experience
At Löfbergs Lila, they can tell that the interest for the coffee's importance for the dinner experience is increasing

Except the restaurant, PM & Vänner also includes PM Fest & Konferens, Terrassen and Loft nightclub as well as PM Bröd & Sovel. The owners are Per Bengtsson, Monica Carlsson, Anders Lauring and Anders Hultman. The company is eco-labelled and has an environment diploma.
