Press release -
More and more choose Löfbergs Lila
More high-quality Swedish restaurants and well-known cafés choose Löfbergs Lila. The latest ones are Julita Wärdshus and Restaurang Spira in Jönköping as well as Furillen on the island of Gotland.
At Löfbergs Lila, they can tell that the interest for the coffee's importance for the dinner experience is growing. Today, Löfbergs Lila is already the supplier of coffee to many of Sweden's top restaurants and cafés, like PM & Vänner in Växjö and Operakällaren in Stockholm.
- We are the leading coffee brand within Out of Home in Sweden. That means coffee that is served at restaurants, cafés, offices etc. We think that it is important to help the customer getting a really good coffee that meets their wishes and needs, says Charlotta Stenson at Löfbergs Lila.
"If it tastes good, we have succeeded"
Tommy Myllymäki runs several prominent restaurants, like Julita Wärdshus located outside of Katrineholm and Restaurang Spira in Jönköping's new cultural center. At Julita Wärdshus, coffee from Löfbergs Lila is now served in press coffee makers at the table. At Restaurang Spira, the coffee is a part of the buffé.
- I appreciate good tasting, freshly brewed coffee, and we try to think like that in the restaurants. When we changed coffee, we got more praise from our guests. We have chosen to work with one or a couple of different tastes, and we focus on making the coffee good and freshly brewed. It cannot be difficult. You should not over-analyse food. If it tastes good - well, than we have succeeded, says Tommy Myllymäki.
