Löfbergs praised for sustainability work

Löfbergs is one of Sweden's 10 best role models in the sustainability field - this according to a survey that was presented during the Almedalen Week in Sweden. 200 sustainability experts were given the opportunity to give their opinion on companies that are in the forefront, and Löfbergs is one of them.

- It is great to see our sustainability work being noticed. These are matters that we work integrated with and in a long-term perspective, and it produces results, says Eva Eriksson, sustainability manager at Löfbergs.

A long-term perspective and the sustainability work being an integrated part of business models, strategies etc. are, according to the survey, the most important characteristics for the most successful companies. Communication and an involved management are two other important pieces.

The survey was conducted by the management company Allies and was presented in Almedalen on Thursday. Besides Löfbergs, H&M, Ikea, Max Hamburgare, Patagonia, Saltå Kvarn, Skanska, Unilever and Volvo were also recognized as the best role models.
