Press release -
Löfbergs is one of Sweden's most attractive employers
The coffee roaster Löfbergs is one of Sweden's most attractive employers according to Universum and Metrojobb's annual ranking in which the employees evaluate their current employer. Löfbergs came third in the Large Employers category.
- Fantastic and inspiring! It shows that we have succeeded in building a culture where the co-workers are happy and feel appreciated. To a great extent, it is about us having common basic values that describe how we act towards each other and the world around us, says Helena Eriksson, HR Director at Löfbergs.
The Sweden's Most Attractive Employers survey lets the employees rank their current employer from three factors: internal identity, satisfaction and loyalty. Top of the list in the Large Employer category is Netlight.
More distinctions
Löfbergs was elected one of Sweden's 100 most exciting companies in which to make a career earlier this year. The survey from Jobtip scrutinized and evaluated thousands of companies from career and development opportunities, employee engagement etc.
- These distinctions are an acknowledgement that we are an attractive employer with great career and development opportunities. Satisfied and motivated co-workers make us do better, and they are also important ambassadors when recruiting new talents, says Helena Eriksson.
